PhD Aron Hakonen is a researcher in analytical chemistry with a special interest in sensors, spectroscopy, nanotechnology, chromatography, surface chemistry and Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS). Four of his articles have been used as cover illustrations in prestigious scientific journals. He has reviewed more than 400 manuscripts for scientific journals with impact factors of 4-11, for example, Nature Communications and Chemical Science.
